Vitor Lagarto from Lisbon (Portugal) is a founder of International Ki Ryu Kenpo federation and at the same time, a founder and CEO of International Hall of Fame of Martial Arts Lisbon (Portugal).

During his carreer, he made a great succes with Portugal national Kenpo team, special at last Genshinkan World Championship wich is helded in Split (Croatia) 2011. and in Lisbon (Portugal) 2013, were Portugal nation Kenpo Team made a huge and great results. During his carrer, he traveling all round the world doing a self defense and Ki Ryu Kenpo seminars.
